| Born 1939 in St. Gallen, Switzerland, where I attended the local schools, and graduated in economics and business administration from the University of St. Gallen (lic. oec. HSG). Retired first lieutenant, quarter master, Swiss army Four grown children from first marriage: Manuel Ladner, Rüschlikon; Dr. Thomas Ladner, Zürich; Lisa Ladner, Zürich; Miriam Ladner, Bubikon. Second marriage in 2005 to Marguerite Rüfenacht-Lerch. |
Private activities include arts, cross country skiing, hiking; Member of the international advisory board of World Bible Translation Center, Fort Worth, Texas; Active supporter of Europartners, an association of Christian business men's committees; Development Aid in Benin and Philippines (PDF) In the last years I've not only collected art but have also invited the following painters to show their work in my office: Carmelo Sobrino, Puerto Rican artist, Ramesh Darji, UK based indian artist, Sylvère Rebetez, Swiss abstract painter and Michel Bouchat, Swiss landscape painter. |
