| I am a Zurich based business and financial advisor and professional board member. Directorships include Colombia Gold plc, Pan Pacific Aggregates plc, Nevoro Inc, Oracle Energy Corp, bw digitronik AG, Mohave Exploration and Production Inc. and Sican Petroleum plc. Other past and present board memberships include The Royal Bank of Scotland AG, Interallianz Bank, Asahi Bank (Switzerland), F. van Lanschot Bankiers (Switzerland), AG für Fondsverwaltung (Immofonds), Energy Capital Investment Company, Equator Exploration Ltd, StrataGold Corporation, Yell AG, Verit Immobilien and King's Kurry AG. I directed investor relations, fund raising exercises and generally advised some of the above companies as well as Harken Energy Corporation (now HKN Inc), View Cast, Yamana Gold, Donner Metals, First Point Minerals, Mart Resources, Standard Chartered Bank and ABN AMRO. |
Until Spring 2002 I was representative and managing director of RP&C International, an investment bank boutique headquartered in London, with offices in New York. I was previously Non-Executive Chairman of Bank Austria Creditanstalt (Switzerland) - now AKB Privatbank Zürich AG -, the former Swiss subsidiary of Austria's largest bank as well as until 1992 Executive Vice President responsible for investment banking at RBS Coutts Bank the Swiss-based, international private banking arm of NatWest. I also was formerly a member of the Swiss Admissions Board, which supervises the listing of securities on Swiss stock exchanges, and of the Swiss National Bank's Capital Market Commission. In June 2007, after 15 years, I moved my offices from the Gartenstrasse 10 in 8002 Zurich to my home at Rigistrasse 5 in 8802 Kilchberg, only about 100 meters off the limits of the city of Zurich. |
