| I am a Kilchberg (Zurich) based business and financial advisor and professional board member. Directorships include Oracle Energy Corp., bw Digitronik AG, Colt Resources Inc., Royal Coal Corp. and Ardent Mines Ltd. Other past and present board memberships include several foreign banks boards in Switzerland (The Royal Bank of Scotland AG, F. van Lanschot Bankier, Kyowa Bank, Interallianz Bank), Porto Energy, Equator Exploration Ltd., PanPacific Aggregates plc, Colombia Gold plc (now part of Medoro Resources), Yell AG, Regent Special Opportunity, Verit Immobilien AG, StrataGold (now part of Victoria Gold), Nevoro (now part of Starfield Resources), Coastport Capital (now renamed Donnybrook Energy) and King's Kurry AG. I directed investor relations, fund raising exercises and generally advised some of the above companies as well as Yamana Resources (now Yamana Gold), Selwyn Resources, Carpathian Gold, Rio Novo Gold, Goldrich Mining, Sican Petroleum plc, Juno Special Opportunity, Royal Coal Corp. as well as Interallianz Finanz, Standard Chartered Bank, Zuger Kantonalbank and ABN Amro Bank. |
Until Spring 2002 I was representative and managing director of RP&C International, an investment bank boutique headquartered in London, with offices in New York. I was previously Non-Executive Chairman of Bank Austria Creditanstalt (Switzerland) - now AKB Privatbank Zürich AG -, the former Swiss subsidiary of Austria's largest bank as well as until 1992 Executive Vice President responsible for investment banking at RBS Coutts Bank (Switzerland), the Swiss based, international private banking arm of RBS NatWest. I also was formerly a member of the Swiss Admissions Board (now part of SIX Group), which supervises the listing of securities on Swiss stock exchanges, and of the Swiss National Bank's Capital Market Commission. In June 2007, after 15 years, I moved my offices from 8002 Zurich to 8802 Kilchberg, now at Alte Landstrasse 1, right on the limits of the city of Zurich. |
